As a villa owner I quickly became aware of the World Wide Web and what a great marketing tool it was. I began to design my own web site back in 2000 and have built up my knowledge over that period.

I then was asked to design site for other villa owners and have done so over the last few years. As a villa owner in Kissimmee Florida I have specialized in that market, but I am happy to diversify.
I have designed sites for other companies including a Health Care provider in Edinburgh, Haulage and Container sales in Liverpool and a Physiotherapist in Dorset.

I offer affordable web site design and Hosting, with each site being designed for the individual.

A personal web site can showcase your home / business giving potential clients more information and images of your property / business than an advert can.

I will discuss your personal requirements.
A draft design is normally ready within 1 week.
I charge the same amount for 1 to 5 pages.
Any additional pages will be charged separately.
So that your advert is factual you will need to provide the basic text, I will help with ideas and suggestions.
You will need to provide the photographs / images preferably by E-mail or CD (If photos need scanning then there will be a charge made.)
Additional design images may be provided if required.
I will resize the images.
Your web site will be submitted to the search engines on completion, however we can not guarantee listing.

Charges

Development and uploading of the web site with 1 to 5 pages from £150.
Additional Pages from £10.
No charge is made to amend text or upload new images
Changes to web site layout / design from £5.
Individual Domain name and web hosting including e-mail address' from £50 per annum.

Annual Charges for subsequent Years

A minimum charge of £50 will be made for maintenance of your web site.
Web hosting and Domain names will be charged at the relevant rate each year
