• I will discuss your personal requirements.
• A draft design is normally ready within 1 week.
• I charge the same amount for 1 to 5 pages.
• Any additional pages will be charged separately.
• So that your advert is factual you will need to provide the basic text, I will help with ideas and suggestions.
• You will need to provide the photographs / images preferably by E-mail or CD (If photos need scanning then there will be a charge made.)
• Additional design images may be provided if required.
• I will resize the images.
• Your web site will be submitted to the search engines on completion, however we can not guarantee listing.

Charges

• Development and uploading of the web site with 1 to 5 pages from £150.
• Additional Pages from £10.
• No charge is made to amend text or upload new images
• Changes to web site layout / design from £5.
• Individual Domain name and web hosting including e-mail address' from £50 per annum.

Annual Charges for subsequent Years

• A minimum charge of £50 will be made for maintenance of your web site.
• Web hosting and Domain names will be charged at the relevant rate each year
